VCL Didactical Design Patterns

Problem	In a VCL project, certain tasks are to be mastered by the participants. However, it is often unclear which roles can be used for this.
Framework	Assignment of roles, heterogeneous expertise of the participants, learning objective focuses on the promotion of professional competence
Solution	The selection and assignment of specific roles to the participants makes sense in terms of effective task management. However, it is important that there is a project manager role in each group so that group coordination and organization can take place. However, the exact roles that a team must have depend on the task at hand. 1. Disciplicating roles: These are roles of specific disciplines (e.g. didactician, IT expert, marketing expert), which can be used especially when students from different courses of study participate. 2. Task-controlled roles: These roles focus on certain activities within the project work, which on the one hand guarantee a high-quality content and on the other hand enable a clear documentation of the work results (e.g. editor, researcher, critic). These roles can be used for participants of the same field of study as well as different disciplines.
