VCL Didactical Design Patterns

Problem	The participants take roles within the VCL-project, which they rarely are familiar with at that time. Furthermore, there are often very different ideas on how to perform these roles.
Framework	Participants perform certain roles (project manager, editor, scientist, critics); solving of a case study; learning objective focuses on promoting professional competence.
Solution	In order to ensure that participants of a VCL-project can achieve their task, it is important to communicate content and fields of activities of the different roles in advance. Thereby different roles can be assigned. However it is important to have a project manager who is responsible for coordinating and leading the team. The following table describes the contents of some roles in more detail:
