Lack of previous teamwork experience

Problem	VCL is based on lively teamwork with a focus on achieving great results as a team. Students or staff members, who haven’t been involved often in group work can be overwhelmed by the setting and this can lead to a slow withdrawal from teamwork.
Framework	Students or staff members having no previous knowledge of VCL-based settings. Variety of different ICT-Tools.
Solution	E-Tutors can serve as mediators and are trained by previous training sessions. Also, there should be sessions, which are tackling cross-cultural differences to understand international members and their backgrounds better. Focus on this issue, while setting up the group contract and team members help each other.
