Individual students' contribution to single tasks

Problem	Although the tasks are equally distributed among the students, the problem can occur, that the students contribute very differently to single tasks of the VCL. This can cause dissatisfaction within the group and places a greater burden on other students. As there is one final outcome for every task it is not clear, how the work was split among the students.
Framework	Assignment of specific tasks for each member
Solution	Provide a clear pattern using ICT tools for each student. This can evolve group evaluation, where the students rate the commitment of their team members or Q & A sessions with the E-Tutors finding hidden pain points. In overall, more transparency needs to be achieved.
