Equal distribution of tasks within the group


Problem

It can be a problem in group work if the tasks/ workload are not distributed equally among the roles. This can lead to dissatisfaction for all group members.

Solution

Focus on this problem during the creation of the group contract and formulate is as requirement for the group contract
