Solution | In order to overcome this problem the following steps could be followed: - Assign tasks fairly in the teams and check the distribution by E-Tutors - Assess the student´s expertise before assigning the tasks to explore individual strengths and weaknesses - Assign team roles based on their expertise –> Internal group process is in conflict with this! - Focus on this problem during the creation of the group contract and formulate is as requirement for the group contract |
