Equal distribution of tasks within the group

Problem It can be a problem in group work if the tasks/ workload are not distributed equally among the roles. This can lead to dissatisfaction for all group members.

Solution

* Assess the student´s expertise before assigning the tasks to explore individual strengths and weaknesses

  • Assign team roles based on their expertise à Internal group process is in conflict with this!
  • Focus on this problem during the creation of the group contract and formulate is as requirement for the group contract
