Prepare a persuasive pitch presentation regarding your “Marshall Plan for the Restructuring and Digitalization of HE in Ukraine” to the Interdepartmental Commission of Ukraine. Also, include engaging and informative slides that provide additional context and details. Outline how to revamp the Ukrainian HE system by considering these key aspects:

  • Outline your proposal on how to implement second edition of Marshall Plan for Ukraine's success and sustainability, focus on the Higher Education sector.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the challenges faced by Ukrainian universities due to the ongoing war and how the plan tackles these challenges.
  • Propose a framework for the implementation of digitalization (as done in B2.2), including the financial projections one university would need to advance from level to level.
  • Outline the plan's specifics, including how digital technologies and modern teaching methods will be integrated into the HE system in Ukraine.
  • Highlight the plan's potential benefits, including increased access to education, enhanced quality of education, and improved employment prospects for Ukrainian graduates. Especially consider the ideas you came up with in C1.1 on including different student groups.
  • Emphasize the potential for international partnerships and collaboration to support the plan and help rebuild the higher education system in Ukraine.

Please note that the focus of the pitch should be on the overall concept and vision of the Marshall Plan, rather than presenting individual tasks.

Remember, that a persuasive pitch is clear and concise, emotionally compelling, evidencebased, and presented with confidence and passion. It should end with a clear call to action for the audience. Ensure that your final presentation is rehearsed and polished before the actual pitch day.
