+It takes time for a new team to find common ground and start working to its full potential. To support you with this process, the University Board of Management gives you the task of creating a group agreement. A group agreement is a clear set of guidelines on how your group will handle discussions, meetings and sensitive information raised in the group setting. It provides an excellent foundation for further work and defines how the team will collaborate. To create a group agreement, each team member must reflect on the following questions:
