-You and your team are getting a little bit nervous as the time is short but you look ahead with confidence as you have already drafted a great idea. After your successful participation in Workshop 2, you can start working on the current Phase B, which focuses mainly on the analysis towards a successful implementation of your business idea. Keep in mind your overarching goal, the pitch presentation at the Albanias next Unicorn pitch competition and thus the constant work and reflection of your business idea. For any organizational questions and clarification of the tasks you can always schedule a meeting with your E-Tutor. The following tasks will help you to prove the strengths of your initial business idea and to reflect your business in terms of the market conditions in Albania. Use the chance in your team to speak about Albanian culture and life.

-Finding the one fitting business idea is a long and complicated process. We hope that our impulses during the workshop helped you form some rough ideas. Now discuss your ideas drafted during the Workshop within your group and agree on a common idea you will refine during the next tasks. Remember that the idea has not to be perfect at once, it will be perfect when you shape it constantly and add more parts of the puzzle during the incubator program. Compare your different ideas and consider combining those different ideas on an attractive platform. Write down the progress and the outcome of your discussion and address at least the following points:

-In the beginning of an effective market analysis the general conditions of Albania should be gathered to build the ground for all the upcoming analysis steps. Analyze the situation for young Startups in Albania concerning the bullet points below. Be precise and focus on main arguments. Consider your business idea in the analyzing process where possible:
